These Terms of Service govern your use of the dabInventive website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
dabInventive provides software development, consulting, and related IT services. Specific scope, deliverables, and terms for each engagement are defined in separate project agreements.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, intellectual property rights for work product created under a paid engagement transfer to the client upon full payment. Pre-existing tools and frameworks remain our property.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. Standard NDAs are signed before any technical discussions or access to client systems.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
